Duta Graha targets its revenue grow to IDR 1.52 trillion

PT Duta Graha Indah Tbk targets its revenue to grow by 12-17% from 2009’s revenue to IDR 1.45 trillion – IDR 1.52 trillion. Management is optimist that 2009 performance will exceed above their expectation due to an increase in government budget for infrastructure worth IDR 97 trillion.

The improved global and Indonesia economic condition would support Duta Graha’s performance this year. International Monetary Fund had revised world economic growth from 3.1% to 3.9%, while Indonesian economic growth had been revised from 4.8% to 5.5% due to the rise in credit, investment and export at the end of 2009.

Dudung Purwadi, Duta Graha’s president director, said that the company currently is entering several construction tenders such as EPC that has been tendering since last year. The winner will be announced before the end of this February.

In 2009, the company won an IDR 1.8 trillion of new contracts or growth 20% from 2008’s new contract. The new contracts exceed company’s target (IDR 1.7 trillion) and make the order book totaling to IDR 3.5 trillion. In the fourth quarter of 2009 Duta Graha had won an IDR 800 billion of new contracts

In 2010, Duta Graha targets new contracts to grow to IDR 2 trillion. Duta Graha’s corporate secretary, Djohan Halim, said that the company also aims for infrastructure projects owned by government such as government office buildings, hospitals and roads including small projects.
